\nWhat if your inner excitement is your compass to the most direct path to where you are seeking to go?<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIf “New Age Spirituality” recommends it- it’s probably a trap
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Many of the key elements of “The Secret” and other New Age principles of “manifesting” are actually entanglements that make you less successful and invite more interference into your life!\u00a0 If it doesn’t work, it’s not “you” who is doing something wrong.\u00a0 It’s not meant to work, it’s meant to throw you off.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nPay attention to your energy, don’t push it where it doesn’t flow
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>If you don’t have the energy, it either means now is not the time, or the solution you have in mind is not the most effective solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe actions you have energy for are not always linear and logical
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Flow easily navigates around interference… so the order of what you “think” you should do first, is not always the most direct route.\u00a0 Don’t follow what’s logical, follow what feels good and is in-flow.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nDon’t “hang on” to any direction… follow what creates more & feels better…
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Don’t have an opinion about how it has to be or unfold…. follow what’s lighter and more exciting. You are often navigating around unseen obstacles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hold creations LIGHTLY, avoid being significant about anything
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Anything you make “important” alerts interference to mess with you on that issue. The way to avoid interference is to not make anything a big deal. If it’s not a big deal, they won’t bother with what you’re doing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nDon’t follow convention – do YOU
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>There is SOOOO much BS in this reality that is literally the opposite of what actually works for you that doing what “everyone else is doing” is usually a trap.\u00a0 Follow what feels good to you, ignore what other’s think!<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWork WITH your body, don’t push or drag it
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Your body is your partner (and guide)<\/em> in creation. If pushing your body to do things you don’t like is rarely effective.\u00a0 Follow your inner motivation, drop the “shoulds,” and follow your flow.<\/span><\/p>\n
